Mexican Bass
Servings:4 servings
Recipe:
- 1 lb. bass fillet
- 2 ripe avocados, pureed
- ¼ c. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 tbsp. tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp. onions, diced
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Tabasco sauce and sea salt to taste
Puree avocados. Mix lemon juice, tomatoes, onions and garlic powder. Set aside. Sauté bass over medium heat until tender. Top with pureed avocado and lemon juice mixture. Tabasco and salt to taste.
